With our Customer Success Portal, clients can:

  • Submit your support cases online
  • View real-time status of your organizations’ open cases
  • View all your organizations’ case history with resolution details

For our customer's privacy and security, you must be logged in to view your case. 

Your access to submitting, tracking, and historic review of past cases is a simple login away. 

 

First Time Log In instructions
 
Support portal may be reached from our website at 
Customers – UGM Enterprises, Inc.




Select Sign in from the upper right corner, then select Azure B2C. 



On the Sign in page, select the "Sign up now" hyperlink: 


Enter your work email address and then select "Send verification code": 


Complete the form by entering your unique password, followed by your first name, last name, and preferred Display name: 




Once logged in, you may view cases created by your organization from My Support Home:
