Access Error

Example: 

“the database has been placed in a state by user “Admin” on machine “UGM-APP1”

Resolution: 

Have all users exit Access or have UGM Support log into server and remove all signed in users. 
 

Cause: 

Unauthorized attempt to access the Casting Application or an end user attempt to copy and past values from Casting into an application such as excel which is not permitted.
