How To Manage Subscription
Subscriptions may be managed through our online portal at www.cloudsubscription.com.
View active subscriptions by selecting My Products from the menu in the upper right corner or search the dashboard by product name:

Add Seats with Any Billing Type
Whether your subscription is Annual or Monthly, customers can add to their subscription. To add a seat, under Actions select the three dots , then from the dropdown select Add Seat:
A modal will appear where the quantity of licenses may be entered:
Select Submit when you are ready.
Remove Seats - Monthly Billing Only
Subscriptions with Monthly billing may have licenses renewed either before or within subscription renewal date. For example, Microsoft licenses may be updated within seven (7) calendar days at subscription renewal date. To remove a subscription, under Actions select the three dots , then from the dropdown select Remove Seat:
A modal will appear to enter the quantity of licenses to remove:
Select Submit to complete the update.
Review License History
On the My Products page, review changes by selecting the change log:
Enter the date range, then select Query to review the history. In the grid, our customers can view renewals, updates by particular users, as well as licenses addition or removal:
