Integrate Business Central Customers to Dataverse

 

Introduction

Business Central is your business' accounting system which can also sync to your Dynamics 365 Sales Professional or Sales Enterpricse CRM . Linking Customers to accounts is done inside
Business Central from the Customer Card. 
 

Navigate to Customers




Find your customer, then open the customer card
Within your Customer Card: 
1. Select Related
2. Dataverse
3. Coupling
4. Set Up Coupling

Dataverse Coupling

 Option 1: Select the three dots (...) and Search for the existing account in Dataverse (CRM) and link the customer 
 Option 2: Create New selecting the toggle. The integration will fire and create the account in CRM

 


Conclusion

With this process, easily create a new CRM record or map your customer to an existing CRM record with Business Central's Dataverse integration.
