Dynamics GP - Word Freezes on Print to Screen
Issue: Word Freezes on Print to Screen while in Dynamics GP.
Cause: Microsoft 365 update 11/1/2023
Resolution:
- Step 1: Open Word in the environment where GP is installed (Example: Azure)
- Step 2: If prompted to open Word in Safe Mode, select No. Then close and reopen Word, and leave it open.
- Step 3: Confirm you are signed into Microsoft 365. You should be logged in with your email and not any local user name:
- Step 4: Open GP and print to screen the document again and it should display. Leave a blank version of Word open before printing to screen any additional documents.
